Come on everyone, let's jump around and be happy for re-remastered stuff! I havn't gotten my copy of the new Shenmue 2: The Gang Edition yet (I assume it's going to come with some other packages), but I am sure happy to get a new movie to work at.

EDIT: Alright, fine. No fanfare. Here's some comments on the commentary along with small comments on the remastered version of S2:TGE.

NOTE: I'm pretty much saying small stuff during the commentary, so spoilers on the commentary if you want it.



-Hey, I watch the commentary too! You have another nice (I assume) working member too! I mean, I don't do anything for the movies but still!
The coloring of the notebook, other than the last one, is all black and white.
-Some of the cuts in the new version isn't as funny as the last one, along with some of the music cues. Though, the replacement of the DOA2 music with just one track became funny.
-The brain cuts are great.
-The watermelon drop isn't as funny for the sound.
-Vickie's comment about seeing Terry on tv, just goes to show you that even for a split second people still know you, so it wasn't a waste after all.
Is that acrade place still around? That's a sweet acracde.
-Hey, on the car thing, about leaving your car keys...when someone could have stole your car with those keys.
-You guys really are dushbags, you know that? I think that's one of the reason why you would lose much of your fans because of how you treat your members on the message boards.
-Hey Mike, if you ot nothing to say, how about you say hi to me or something?
-I don't think there was a DS in 2004...was there?
-Hey Mike, why did you cut that Yuan shot alittle early at his/her apartment? It was pretty funny to see his/her mouth open and closed.
-It's nice that you guys got the real buttons, but it would be a double highlight if you removed the black bars during the QTE and the small walking scene.
-Love the thought bubble version for Fuku-san than just a cut.
-You can REALLY tell that the remastered DVD really does look better with the match-up video, where all the details are still there on both the gang and the game video.
-On that note, maybe you should have the camera logo althought the whole movie.
-Got tell you, the dvd menu looks REALLY good. I didn't thought it'll look that great as it's a copy of the Shenmue dvd but with a different color, but it just works. And the chapters menu is just great looking.

I personally lost the plot on that after reading the title, WTF is or was the point to this exactally?
